Building bridges or destroying them?

Let me raise this issue on behalf of the people of Kilifi, who reached out to my team asking us to speak up for them. This right here is one of the main bridges in Mbongani area, Ganze, Kilifi. A contractor was paid to build a proper bridge. Instead, they just installed two small culverts, on the dry seasonal river. Now the so-called "bridge" has collapsed, yet the contractor was fully paid and even claimed the project was complete. Every time it rains, residents on both sides are trapped, and students can’t cross to school. This is exactly how Kenya’s taxpayers’ money disappears in the counties contractors get paid, do shoddy work, and pocket the rest. Governor Mung’aro, you failed your people on this one. Kilifi deserves better.
